If your business grows beyond the needs of the Service Level Agreement we can absolutely re-modify it to fit your business like a glove. As all businesses are dynamically changing entities so too must your Service Level Agreement be capable of expanding and contracting to fit your present needs.

You are able to select various time increments for the duration of your Service Level Agreement. There are many benefits for selecting a greater duration; also, ProTechnical exclusively offers our clients an ‘escape hatch’ if you are not satisfied with our service.  There is no termination fee; all we ask you is that you give us 60 days to resolve the problem.  We believe that our service should speak for itself rather than forcing customers to be locked in for an arbitrary amount of time.  ProTechnical proudly stands by its service as we have never had to utilize this clause.

Absolutely! If your remote location is not near one of our headquarters we can still offer remote support to any location.  The vast majority of IT tasks can be accomplished remotely.

Yes, for scheduled on-site visits. For emergency, after-hours or weekend visits, we may assign another one of our certified systems engineers. He or she will be fully briefed on your situation and network before arrival. Occasionally, your primary assigned systems engineer may not be available for regular site visits due to vacation, personal leave, illness or other extenuating circumstances. In these instances, your backup systems engineer will handle the visit. All ProTechnical customers are assigned a primary and backup systems engineer.

In many cases, our Help Desk can solve IT problems remotely, without an on-site visit by your assigned technical consultant. This not only saves you time and money, but also allows you to reserve your on-site support hours for more important issues such as strategic consulting, training and projects. We also offer private-labeled Help Desk solutions for our customers.
